|Recommended: YesModern and new — Modera is a new construction that has been great to live at these past few months. Applications are new and clean, common areas are nice, there is a secure locker room and an indoor parking garage. Occasionally I will see some dog poop that was not picked up by the owner in the garage and some trash in the hallways no more than a day though . The parking spots are also pretty tight if you do not own a sedan.
Unfortunately, in my short tenure of 3 months, I've had of multiple instances where someone has tailgated me into the garage and has heard of multiple instances of storage units getting broken into. Unfortunately, this past storage unit break in, mine got broken into. I was a bit surprised that there were not more security cameras or preventive measures placed, as this has been a known issue. If you get a storage unit, make sure its a lock that is not cutable. Modera seems like it would be a safe and secure community, but unfortunately seems like the garage is susceptible to getting unwanted visitors on multiple occasions.

|Recommended: YesClean and Well-Maintained Apartments with Great Amenities, but Some Minor Drawbacks — I like these apartments. They are quite clean, and the staff is always polite. I would say that there might be some issues with throwing out trash if you have a large bag, but overall, I like it.
One downside is that the mobile network doesn’t work well, probably due to the area. Also, the floor gets scratched a bit from small things.
I like the lounge and the workspace for computers, and the internet is good in these areas. I also really like the gym.
Overall, I would rate it 4 5.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Property in Northgate- Seattle — One of the amazing property which I finalized without touring the property in-person. The property turned out to be really good amazing. The leasing assistant was way too helpful especially I had a pressing need to move in immediately. The leasing assistant made sure everything is in order and was way too accommodating.
